Where we started...
We saw a gap in the commercial property leasing process, which we believe was hanging commercial tenants out to dry. Tenants were not getting access to relevant market information or effective gross rent deals, or being educated on how the market works. The end result, money wasted, deals entered where the true cost was sometimes not even evident till lease expiry, and generally, no advocate existed for businesses who don't pretend to be experts in property. |
That is where we came in. And since starting we have worked to give our clients the edge whether they are finding a new dream office, or exercising an option to stay in their current office. Today we offer a range of services in the commercial property space. We can cater our services to meet your needs, from hands on, full support, to advice when you need it the most. |
